Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.

We are looking for an Executive Communications Project Manager to lead the development of executive-level presentations that weave clear, engaging, and strategic narratives.

Location: Miami, FL 33178 – HYBRID
Position: Executive Communications Project Manager
Pay: $71.43/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer
Hybrid in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Project Manager – Strategic Communication and Engagement
Seeking a dynamic individual who combines exceptional project management skills with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives for executive audiences. This role is integral to translating complex data, strategies, and initiatives into impactful, visually engaging stories that resonate with stakeholders and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the development of executive-level presentations that weave clear, engaging, and strategic narratives.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and synthesize it into a cohesive story.
•    Act as a strategic advisor, helping teams and leaders articulate vision, progress, and outcomes.
•    Ensure all presentations align with the company’s tone, goals, and branding guidelines.
•    Manage the end-to-end process of creating executive communication materials, including storyboarding, content creation, and visual design oversight.
•    Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment, clarity, and actionable outcomes.
•    Coordinate with project teams to understand the context and goals of initiatives, translating them into audience-appropriate stories.

Additional Responsibilities:
•    Manage and oversee complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
•    Lead project teams, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring milestones are met.
•    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•    Identify project risks and proactively manage mitigation strategies.
•    Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
•    Ensure project teams are aligned, focused, and supported to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
•    Proven experience in project management, communications, or a similar role.
•    Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives.
•    Expertise in creating executive presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar.
•    Strong design sensibility and ability to guide visual storytelling (data visualization, layout, etc.).
•    Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
•    Comfort and confidence in presenting to executive audiences.
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Familiarity with strategic planning or corporate initiatives is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
•    5+ years in project management, corporate communications, or a related field.
•    Experience in executive storytelling, corporate strategy, or consulting.
•    Background in visual communication or data storytelling is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:
•    Creative thinker with a knack for shaping messages that inspire action.
•    Strong emotional intelligence to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
•    Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.
