Procurement Analyst
An electric utility client is looking for an Procurement Analyst to provide operational support, overseeing and coordinating procurement efforts, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation, data collection, monitoring project activities, tracking metrics..
Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 (Hybrid)
Position: Procurement Analyst
Pay Rate: $42/hr. on W2
Duration: 18 months or longer
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
***Hybrid in office two days a week (Days to be determined)***
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate procurement efforts, prepare, review, and maintain documentation, assist internal working team with contract negotiations, monitor procurement activity process through purchase order receipt, material tracking and receipt, data collection
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Procurement management experience
- General tracking of procurement requests
- MS office suite – proficient / expert level with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Viso, W/ Excel – must have Pivot table, lookup, data analytics
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, active listening, strong oral & written communication, adaptability
- Utility experience a plus
