WFM Application Support Analyst
APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a WFM Application Support Analyst
Location: Lexington, MA 02421(100% remote)
Position: WFM Application Support Analyst
Pay Rate: $70-105/hr
Duration: 2–3-months contract
Shift schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
WECI Integration Development:
- Design, develop, and implement WECI integrations between Workday and Kronos WFC, along with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and smooth transfer.
- Write and maintain custom integration scripts and workflows using WECI tools.
- Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, including data mappings, error handling protocols, and integration best practices.
- System Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support for Kronos WFM applications, including troubleshooting system issues, errors, and integration failures related to WECI.
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
- Monitor WECI integration jobs to ensure successful data loads and timely execution.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, etc.) to understand integration requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of all related systems.
Testing and Optimization:
- Perform testing of WECI integrations to validate data integrity and functionality before deployment to production.
- Continuously monitor system performance and optimize integrations for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all integration-related activities and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry regulations in all integration work.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central, particularly in the development and support of WECI integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM architecture and integration points.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations between Kronos WFC/UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems.
- Experience with API-based integrations, FTP processes, and data mapping tools.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in writing and debugging scripts for WECI integrations.
- Strong understanding of data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and FTP.
- Experience with SQL, querying databases, and working with relational data models.
- Familiarity with Workforce Management best practices and processes is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
