Location: Mesquite, NV
Position: Director of Marketing
Salary: $110K-$145K plus 10-20% bonus
 
Summary: Develops and executes programs to attract targeted customer worth segments.  Monitors expenses to ensure reinvestment strategies are within goal.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Creates promotions and events to drive player card acquisitions, create customer loyalty and reactivate dormant customers.
  • Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
  • Strategic planning, development and execution of the marketing calendar.
  • Execution of the property-wide entertainment strategy.
  • Coordinates the activities between the Promotions, Advertising and Database Marketing departments.
  • Oversees the operations of the shuttle routes in and out of the property.
  • Develops benefits and rewards related to the Reward Player Card Program.
  • Sources sponsorships, internal and external events to maximize casino exposure.
  • Creates department budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinates Market Research projects.
  • Assists VP of Marketing with special projects.
  • Works with all operational departments to ensure successful implementation of marketing objectives. Communicates all marketing related information to the VP of Marketing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

 
Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • BS or BA in Marketing preferred. 
  • 5 or more years of casino marketing and management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Casino Marketing Management Systems.
