Location: Las Vegas, NV 89109
Position: Director of Compliance (Direct Hire)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 DOE plus bonus

The Director of Compliance oversees and ensures the company's adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements throughout the product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing, distribution, and operation. This role involves a deep understanding of gaming regulations, risk management, and compliance processes. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to gaming, equipment testing, and safety.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with compliance, including legal, reputational, and operational risks.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Creating and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and ensuring they are effectively communicated and followed.
  • Internal Controls: Designing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of slot machine operations and compliance with regulations.
  • Audits and Inspections: Coordinating and facilitating internal and external audits, inspections, and inquiries from regulatory bodies.
  • Training and Education: Providing training and education to employees on compliance matters and ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping abreast of changes in regulations, standards, and industry best practices. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Auditing or a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • At least 5+ years in a Compliance management role
