APR Consulting Adds Industry Veteran Avi Khilnani To Lead Global Strategy And Direct Hire Expansion
DIAMOND BAR, Calif., October 4, 2023 – APR Consulting, Inc., a certified minority- and woman-owned business enterprise and trusted talent acquisition and workforce solutions provider, today announced that veteran staffing and recruiting executive Avi Khilnani has joined the company as head of global strategy. In this new role, Khilnani will focus on leveraging the company’s current momentum into new opportunities and partnerships that will help pave the way for expansion and future growth.
Recognized as an industry thought leader, Khilnani is a frequent panelist at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) events and a presenter at national meetings. Prior to joining APR, he held executive positions at eTeam, where he was global COO, as well as The Intersect Group, Fastaff & US Nursing, Randstad Professionals, Yoh, KForce, and Adecco. He is also a top-ranked graduate of Randstad’s Executive Blue Chip Leadership Program and holds a B.A. in speech communication and business administration from California State University at Fullerton.

Workforce Veteran Jay Chhugani to Lead APR’s Program Management Office Team to Ensure Mission Objectives are Fully Supported
DIAMOND BAR, Calif., March 30, 2022 — APR Consulting, Inc., a certified minority- and woman-owned business enterprise (MWBE) and nationally respected professional recruitment and contingent workforce solutions provider, today announced the Program Management Office (PMO) team who will oversee the transition and day-to-day execution of the Temporary Support and Services (TSAS) contract the company was recently awarded by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, Calif. The transition, which is currently underway, is focused on the transfer of the incumbent workforce; recruitment of new personnel; personnel check-in, orientation, and training; and preparation for APR Consulting’s assumption of operational responsibility.

“Key to that success is the right leadership,” added Stone, “which is why I’m especially proud to announce that Jay Chhugani will serve as APR’s senior program manager for the TSAS contract.” Chhugani has more than 32 years of industry experience, with the last 27 dedicated to project management for JPL/NASA and companies in the aerospace and high technology sectors. The PMO team also includes Monica Blair, deputy program manager; Lee Ingram, safety and health coordinator; and Nadine Peterson, program support specialist. Chhugani will also draw upon APR’s corporate team of phase-in specialists in the areas of management, HR and recruiting, benefits, financial and accounting, and contracts.

JPL is a federally funded research and development center managed by the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The transition to the new contract, which APR estimates at more than $500 million over 10 years, begins on February 1, 2022.
